Working With Custom Sizes

Knowing your correct size is critical for buying clothes online. This guide will help you find your correct measurement. Apart from the standard sizes, MyWear apparels are also available in custom sizes.

How to measure

Using Body Measurements:

Chest: Take a deep breath & measure your chest circumference just below the arm hole (widest part of the bust for women). This is your Chest/Bust width. You must add ease to your chest measurement. It is typically 3 - 4 inches for standard fit. After you add the two, halve this number to get your custom width. Use it as the Width in the Custom Slider.

MyWear - Women size measurement
Measure your chest below the arm hole (widest part of bust for women). This is your chest Width.

Example: Chest size = 40
Ease = 4 (Standard Fit)
Total = 44 inch
Apparel Width = 44 / 2 = 22.

Waist or Hip: If you are measuring waist, you do not have to add ease. Just halve the measured number and use it as the Width in the Custom Slider.

Height or Inseam: If you are measuring height or inseam, just use the measured number as the Height in the Custom Slider.

Using a Garment:

If you want to determine your size using a dress or top that fits well, take the garment and spread it flat on a table. Measure its width near the armholes (tops and dresses) or waist (bottoms). Choose this number as the Width in the Custom Slider. Measure the height from top of shoulder to the bottom hem. Choose this number as the Height in the Custom Slider.
